THIS is the moment a wheelchair-bound man tackled an Amazon worker after a fight broke out over the delivery man "leaving parcels where he wants".

A CCTV camera captured the shocking brawl in a tower block lobby in Notting Hill, west London.

The fight began when wheelchair user Ramin Razzaghi confronted an Amazon delivery driver - asking him to leave parcels in the right place.

Ramin followed the driver out of the building and tried to pull him back.

The delivery man started raining down blows on Ramin - and then dragged him out of his wheelchair.

Helpless Ramin clung on to the Amazon worker's legs as he strode out of the building.

A second man then joined in the brawl, punching Ramin in the head as he lay on the floor.

The delivery driver then went back into the tower block to pick some items which he dropped during the fight.

Ramin was left "traumatised" and badly injured by the sickening punch-up.

He told the : "The problem with him is that he always leaves the parcels wherever he wants.

"I have injured my ribs and my jaw. They beat me up as I was down.

"They saw me as an advantage because I'm in a wheelchair."

An Amazon spokesman said: "We’re taking this matter very seriously and we’re investigating with our delivery service provider."

Scotland Yard said: "Police continue to investigate the circumstances of an assault in Notting Hill Gate, W11.

"The incident happened at around 13:50hrs on Thursday, 15 February when an altercation occurred between two men, one of whom was in a wheelchair.

";A 35-year-old man intervened and assaulted the man in the wheelchair.

"The second man left the scene and enquiries are ongoing to locate him.

"London Ambulance Service attended; the man who was assaulted was not seriously injured.

"The 35-year-old man was arrested and subsequently charged with ABH.

"Enquiries, including analysing CCTV footage, are ongoing."
