Jesse Baird & Luke Davies missing updates — Bodies found after Beau Lamarre charged for ‘killing TV presenter & partner’
AUSTRALIAN police have found two bodies on a rural property that are believed to be Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.
"We are very confident that we have located Luke and Jesse," NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb said on Tuesday
The discovery comes after police officer Beau Lamarre, 28, turned himself in on Friday morning. He will be charged with two counts of murder in Jesse Baird and Luke Davies' disappearance, according to authorities.
The arrest was announced after detectives found blood-covered clothes in a skip bin, along with "a projectile" at Baird's house in Paddington.
"This has now been physically matched to a NSW Police firearm and forms part of the evidence for the alleged facts to face court for this 28-year-old man," Detective Superintendent Daniel Doherty said.
Lamarre, who was previously in a romantic relationship with Baird, will be refused bail and is expected to face court this weekend.
