Monster who live-streamed killing cat in copy of hit Netflix show is GUILTY of murdering stranger on night out
AN EVIL killer who live-streamed the butchering of a cat in a copy of a hit Netflix show has been found guilty of murdering a stranger.
Scarlet Blake, 25, attacked Jorge Martin Carreno, 30, as he walked home from a night-out in Oxford in July 2021.
His body was discovered in the River Cherwell around 24 hours later after he suffered a blow to the back of his head.
Transgender BMW worker Blake has now been found guilty of murder following six hours of jury deliberation.
Oxford Crown Court was told Blake had a "fixation with violence and with knowing what it would be like to kill someone".
Just four months before Jorge's death, she live-streamed the killing and dissection of a cat.
In a vile video, the New Order song True Faith can be heard playing in the background as Blake told the cat: "Here we go my little friend.
"Oh boy, you smell like s**t. I can't wait to put through the blender."
Prosecutor Alison Morgan KC told the court Blake dissected the animal by inserting a scalpel into its eyes before removing its fur.
Blake then put the cat's mutilated body into a blender, jurors were told.

The BMW worker "boasted" about the killing, which was inspired by Netflix documentary called Don't F*** with Cats.
The show is about a man who kills kittens before filming the murder of a human - while the same New Order song played in the background.
Blake also spoke of her "desire to open up a person like her 'little cat friend'."
On July 25, 2021, Blake ambushed Jorge after he became "lost and vulnerable" while walking home.
The killer had been stalking the streets for a victim before stumbling across the 30-year-old.
After his body was found, it took two years for the events of the night to be "properly understood".
She described herself to others as being someone who derived sexual gratification from the thought of violence and the thought of death.

Officials were able to establish Jorge had not taken his own life or died as a result of an accident but was murdered.
During her evidence Blake claimed she had a fragmented personality, which included being a cat, and meowed at the jury.
Blake said: "I don't know how he died. I assumed he drowned. It wasn't something I did. As to how, I still don't know, I wasn't there."
But the court was told she confessed to former partner Ashlynn Bell, who lives in the US, that she had killed Jorge with a homemade garrotte.
Prosecutor Alison Morgan KC said: "The prosecution alleges that this defendant had an extreme interest in death and in harm.
"It was an interest that went beyond mere fantasy. She described herself to others as being someone who derived sexual gratification from the thought of violence and the thought of death.
"Videos of her with one of her partners engaging in acts of strangulation, consensually, in a sexualised context.
"She spoke to others about what it would be like to kill someone.

"She looked at imagery and saved it on her devices that showed an interest in ligatures being applied around the neck. She talked about harming herself."
Blake was remanded into custody be sentenced on Monday morning.
