A MONSTER who mutilated a cat before killing a stranger has been sent to a male prison - and may never get parole.
Scarlet Blake, 26, live-streamed herself placing the cat in a blender before callously murdering Spanish engineer Jorge Martin Carreno four months later.
Inspired by the Netflix documentary Don't F*** with Cats, Blake recorded a video sickeningly killing and dissecting a family moggie.
Armed with a , the transgender woman then went on to lure Jorge, 30, to his death as he made his way home from a night out with work colleagues in Oxford in July 2021.
Jorge suffered a fatal blow to the back of the head, said to have been dealt with a vodka bottle, and strangulation injuries before his body was dumped by the River Cherwell.
Blake was jailed for life with a minimum term of 24 years at Oxford Crown Court on Monday.

Her own barrister Richard Sutton KC admitted it was likely she would spend the rest of her life in prison.
He told the court: "Scarlet Blake has been found guilty of the murder of Jorge Carreno. For that, she is going to be sentenced to life imprisonment. That is the sentence for what she has done.
"She may well be detained for the rest of her life, if no parole board comes to the conclusion she is safe for release."
He continued: "Looking at her background, she is, in one sense, a dangerous person.

"With the lifestyle she has adopted it's unlikely that any parole board will feel she is fit to be released back into safety. She could be (in jail) for life."
It is understood Blake will be kept at a high-security men's prison.
The court earlier heard graphic evidence of how she had recorded a video killing and dissecting a cat, including using a scalpel to remove its eye.
The video is said to have been inspired by the Netflix documentary, and had the same New Order song True Faith playing in the background.
Blake could also be heard saying: "Here we go my little friend. Oh boy, you smell like s**t. I can't wait to put through the blender."
At the end of the video, she then brazenly asked: "Well I wonder where I learn to do this to a person?"
The evidence heard at trial was so graphic that jurors had to leave the courtroom on occasion.
Encouraged by her Nazi memorabilia fan internet girlfriend Ashlynn Bell, who eventually tipped off police, Blake followed through and graduated to targeting a person.
Jorge had become "lost and vulnerable" during a 45-minute walk back to his home after enjoying drinks with work colleagues.
ROTTEN ROMANCE How cat-killer Scarlet Blake’s twisted Nazi-obsessed internet girlfriend encouraged her to murder a stranger in sick messages
SCARLET Blake was encouraged to mutilate a cat and murder a random stranger by her Nazi-obsessed internet girlfriend.
The evil cat-killer, 25, live-streamed herself dissecting and killing a family cat four months before the brutal murder of Jorge Martin Carreno.
Messages obtained by cops via the secretive Discord social media platform revealed how Blake told her partner Ashlynn Bell she had killed Jorge with a homemade garrotte.
She also told her ex-fiancee, Evie Brockman, who Blake was filmed consensually strangling: "I killed people because my lover thought it would be hot.”
Asked about the messages during an arrogant testimony lined with contradictions, Blake insisted: "As an extension to making me kill a cat, (Ashlynn) also tried to make me kill a person.
"I told Ashy I had killed that person and made up the details in a dramatic way.
"When she saw the CCTV image of me in the jacket, she became quite convinced.”
He was sitting on the floor outside a library when he was approached by Blake.
The pair walked for an hour before she is thought to have attacked him and left his body by the river.
Blake had told cops she had simply gone for a walk because she couldn't sleep.
But messages obtained by detectives revealed how she had confessed to Ashlynn, who lives in the US, that she had killed Jorge with a homemade garrote.
She also told of how she had intended to decapitate Jorge.
And Blake told ex-fiancee Evie Brockman: "I killed people because my lover thought it would be hot."
Blake nodded towards her mum as she was led away from the dock yesterday afternoon.
Passing sentence, Mr Justice Chamberlain told her: "You told the court you didn't want to kill a living creature, let alone a person, and it was Ashlynn who pressured you to do so.
"You adopted the persona of a cat. You talked about the difficulties to have had of transitioning since childhood to live as a woman and your troubled relationship with your parents.

"All of this was part of an elaborate attempt to rationalise what you have done and shift responsibility to others.
"It is not the fault of a society that didn't accept you, it was not the fault of your parents... The decision to kill was entirely yours."
