A RAUNCHY couple who shot an amateur porn flick featuring sex acts on a public bench have escaped criminal charges.
The infamous video shows a man and a woman 'getting it on' at night at North Shore Railway Station, in Victoria, Australia.
Now it's been revealed even though police know exactly who they are, the people behind the Trainline Tramp video will escape criminal charges.
The film surfaced last December but as the actual filming happened more than year ago it's outside the statute of limitations for any charges to be laid.
The eight-minute performance begins with the woman walking onto the deserted platform at night dressed in a revealing skirt and top.
Wearing a mask that covers her face, she begins by attempting to spray paint a shelter before a man dressed in a backpack and cap stops her, his face also covered.
The pair then have sex.
