Leaked docs ‘signed by Putin PROVE he’s gearing up for WW3 with five-step plot to plunge Europe into war’, hackers claim
LEAKED government documents prove Vladimir Putin is preparing for World War Three, Ukrainian hackers claim.
Bombshell papers that appear to be signed by the tyrant reveal chilling plans to attack Europe if - or as Putin believes, when - Ukraine is defeated.
Ukraine's National Resistance Center said its hackers intercepted the documents via email, which lay out a five-step plan to be introduced following this week's sham election.
In a letter understood to be written to Putin, Vyacheslav Volodin, head of the State Duma, proposed policies for his next term that would likely plunge Europe into war.
They reveal five key ideas: nationalisation of key industries, a chilling increase in censorship, crushing of opposition, total de-Westernisation of Russia, and "export of chaos" across Europe.
It reads: "After the conclusion of the SMO [special military operation] in Ukraine and the fall of the Kyiv regime, Russia's confrontation with the West will not stop, but will only intensify."

The papers also hit out at the "shameful" Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, the peace treaty signed in 1918 between Soviet Russia and the Central Powers - ending Russia's participation in World War One.
Under its terms, Russia lost control of Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, its Baltic provinces - now Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia - and its Caucasus provinces of Kars and Batum.
The letter stresses the need to reverse the pact - which could place those nations under threat.
Sabre-rattling Putin has long threatened the West - and earlier this month warned it was at risk of being nuked.
In a more than two-hour-long diatribe, he accused the West of trying to "destroy" Russia as he vowed to fulfil Moscow's goals in Ukraine.
He insisted in his venom-filled annual State of the Nation speech that the consequences for "potential invaders" would be "much more tragic".
In a thinly veiled threat, Putin warned the West was in "danger of nuclear conflict" if they sent troops to Ukraine.
He bragged how his unstoppable nuclear rocket Sarmat - known as Satan-2 - had been delivered by Russian forces.
Putin also boasted how Russia has weapons that "could defeat them [the West] on their own territory" in a chilling warning.
Now the leaked letter dated November 30 suggests plans to attack Europe.
It appeared to be rubber-stamped by Putin with his signature and the word "agreed" on December 12, 2023, just days after he confirmed his bid for a fifth term in office.
With Putin more than two decades into ruling Russia with an iron fist, it is all but certain he will be re-elected this week.
In the documents, Volodin said the committees of the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia, would be ready to start working on draft laws.
It would include ramping up censorship across Russia, in particular on TV and the internet.
The letter also lashes out at the West's support for Ukraine, claiming it is "delaying the quick completion" of Putin's invasion.
As part of the five-prong plan, Volodin outlines making the nationalisation of the economy more robust by making all raw materials industries the property of the state.
The Kremlin would also look to "solve the issue" of opposition movements as Putin looks to consolidate his rule and legacy.
Putin has long had little tolerance for opposition with most of his challengers either in prison, exiled or dead.
Just last month, Putin's most fierce critic Alexei Navalny was found dead at the jail he was being held in on trumped-up charges.

Many fear the 47-year-old was murdered, with his body said to be found covered in bruises.
The Kremlin had tried to portray Navalny and his supporters as lawbreakers and tools of the West, acting to destabilise Russia.
