ALL eyes were on Donald Trump as he was sworn in as the 45th President of the United States, but it seems Bill Clinton was looking elsewhere at the Washington ceremony.
However the husband of Democrat candidate candidate Hillary definitely appeared to have his attention grabbed by something, and it wasn't the billionaire but his wife Melania.

A clip emerged online of Bill gazing in the direction of the First Lady and Hillary giving him an intense stare as he got caught out.
Melania, a former model, drew many complements for her choice of outfit with fashionistas comparing her to Jackie Kennedy.
And it seems Bill was just as appreciative of her elegant look.
Ivanka, who was next to Melania, was also in his eyeline.
In the 16-second clip Hillary Clinton appeared less than impressed when she caught her husband checking out the view.
Bill has been busted before for having a wandering eye - in November 2014 he was seen staring down a woman's cleavage.
And he famously had an affair with Monica Lewinsky, who was his secretary.

The Clinton's put on a brave face at the event - which was no doubt not easy with Hillary being the defeated Democratic presidential candidate.
She understandably struggled to raise a smile at the ceremony where Trump was sworn in.
She took to Twitter before the official inauguration and tweeted: "I'm here today to honor our democracy and its enduring values. I will never stop believing in our country and its future."
