Beyonce drag act speaks of fears for best pal Corrie McKeague who has been missing for four months
A BEYONCE DRAG act has described his fears for best pal Corrie McKeague.
Aaron Carty, 30, who performs in clubs as Beyonce wearing a glittery leotard and who once appeared on Britain’s Got Talent, wig and make-up, said the pair grew close after meeting at one his shows.
The RAF Gunner even helped out at his camp performance at London Pride in Trafalgar Square last summer.
And Corrie, 23, posed for a photo with the Beyonce impersonator, who starred on BGT in 2015, after a show in Ipswich, Suffolk, just days before he disappeared last September.
He said: “Ever since he came to his first show he has supported me and continued come along.
“I was devastated when he disappeared. I genuinely thought Corrie met some girl on a Friday night and had an amazing weekend with her.
“I wasn’t concerned I just thought ‘typical Corrie’ with his charming ways.
“But he wasn’t and it took a couple of weeks to settle in that he is missing.”
Aaron, of Ipswich, Suffolk, has been questioned by police as a witness.
They last met when Corrie came to his show at the Corn Exchange, Ipswich, on September 3.

He added: “Corrie is open about who he is and what experiences he had and not feel the need to do something discreet or go somewhere discreet.
“He didn’t have a secret life, that wasn’t Corrie at all. He wouldn’t hide anything from anyone.
“He was always up for having fun. He would always come along and carry a bag and look after me and my girls and help out.
“I’ve spoken to the police as we have been good friends.
“But it’s a mystery. There feels like there must be a third party involved because people don’t just disappear.
“There is always a trace for this to suggest someone else was involved in some way.”
Aaron — who once shot to fame as the police officer responsible for arresting the late Jade Goody — packed in his job catching criminals and now just throws shade on stage as a Beyonce drag act.
