A TEEN boy has denied murdering a mum-of-two who was shot dead as she tried to protect her family.
Lianne Gordon, 42, was blasted in the head at her home in Hackney, East London, as the teen allegedly tried to force his way in.
The 16-year-old, who can't legally be named, appeared at the Old Bailey today where he denied murder.
He also pleaded not guilty to the attempted murder of Amani Adams-McGuire, 20, and a 16-year-old boy.
The teen denied possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, having a blade and affray on December 2, 2023.
He is also charged with threatening another person with a blade on October 1, 2023.

Elijah Seriki, 20, also appeared in court accused of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, having a blade, affray and threatening another with a blade on the same dates.
He has not entered pleas but a provisional trial date has been set for September 2.
The teen arrived at Vine Close on a bicycle and wearing a balaclava on December 2, it is said.
Armed with a 9mm self-loading pistol, he allegedly first opened fire on Ms Adams-McGuire before injuring the 16-year-old boy.

He then tried to force his way into Lianne's home by kicking and shoulder-barging the door, it is said.
Prosecutor Louise Oakley told the Old Bailey previously: "Lianne Gordon tried to ensure that door closed to keep her family safe.
"She was unable to do so and (the youth) continued to force his way into that property.
"He discharged that firearm and the bullet struck Lianne Gordon in the head."
Tragically, Lianne couldn't be saved and was declared dead at the scene while the other two victims were treated in hospital.
Police confirmed they were not related but are believed to have been known to each other.
