Closing on Sunday, more than 120 artists from 16 countries will have performed.

An international jury under the presidency of Princess Stephanie, a member of the glamorous Monaco royal family, will decide the world’s best performers.

Created in 1974 by Prince Rainier III of Monaco, the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo has become the largest and most prestigious circus event in the world.

It awards the most respected prize in the world of the circus, namely the Golden Clown award.

Highlights include Zapashny Brothers performing their mixed tiger and lion act for the first time in Europe.

The 41st Festival will feature the most spectacular and thrilling acts as artists on high wire.
