Prison says death not linked to collapse of an inmate 24-hours earlier
A PRISONER has died after collapsing at a Manchester prison, sparking an investigation.
Paramedics were called to Salford's Forest Bank prison just after 8am on Sunday and a prisoner was pronounced dead.

Prison insiders told the (MEN) reports that the death and the collapse of another prisoner 24-hours earlier could be linked to a synthetic drug known as Spice are "speculation".
Prison bosses have said the incidents are not related.
Paramedics called at 9.19am on Saturday took an inmate to hospital.
In November a former inmate of the privately run prison had told the MEN "they use spice everywhere".
