A 27-YEAR-old Brit has been found dead in a Colombian apartment.
Austen Arango Smith's lifeless body was discovered on the fourth-floor of the Atenas building in the town of Villamaria on Sunday morning.
His body was taken to a forensic medicine institute in the nearby city of Manizales so a post-mortem could take place.
The results of the autopsy have not yet been made public.
One regional newspaper reported he had been found with breathing difficulties in his room and was already dead by the time emergency responders arrived.
Villamaria is a popular tourist destination in the department of Caldas - 190 miles west of the capital Bogota.
