AN extraordinary call to arms was made by Osama Bin Laden at the height of his terror campaign - when he permitted his jihadis to masturbate on the front line.
US government documents seized in 2011 from Osama bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, following his assassination reveal the terror chief’s position on solo sex.
Along with a porn stash found among bin Laden's possessions, a huge cache of written were discovered in his secret lair.
They lift the lid on the intense level of control the 9/11 mastermind had on his troops - even bossing them about their sexual habits.
One document filed away by Office of the Director of National Intelligence clearly shows the green light being given for masturbating among his jihadis who were in a “state of extreme need".
The order to commanders refers to this as “a very special and top secret matter”.
It reads: “It pertains to the problem of the brothers who are with you in their unfortunate celibacy and lack of availability of wives for them in the conditions that have been imposed on them.
“We pray to God to release them.
“As we see it, we have no objection to clarifying to the brothers that they may, in such conditions, masturbate, since this is an extreme case.”

The order concedes some jihadis might be “ashamed” and Al-Qaeda officials would further consult its Shari’ah law experts on the matter - and bizarrely feedback is asked for.
It reads “Such a practice may also have unnoticed negative side effects.
“We wanted to reflect some more and research it, and we want to get back to you on it before you say anything about it. Give us your opinion—is it appropriate?
“Can it be suggested to the brothers? If so, how? Can we consult with your Shari’ah experts and send them a memo containing our initial findings?
“We would like to know what positive and negative aspects you anticipate in raising this matter.
“Do you think it can help solve the problem? Or do you think we should avoid proposing it, and rather stick to the recommendation of total patience and seek help through fasting?”
Following his assassination by US special forces, adult videos were found in Osama Bin Laden’s secret compound.
Sources say the pornography consists of “modern, electronically recorded video”.
Bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, is thought to have been cut off from the web, but is known to have had video machines.
