Brit girl aged FOUR is taken out of school by her parents to model for Gucci in Milan
After beginning her modelling career at just 18 months old little Dylan Holiday is on her way to stardom
A FOUR-year-old girl is being taken out of school - to jet off to Milan to model in a new campaign for GUCCI.
Little Dylan Holiday started modelling at 18 months-old but when her mum contacted a London agency in January she was quickly signed up to some international shoots.
In her short career the mini model has already taken part in an international Mothercare campaign.
And she is now preparing to fly out this weekend for a six-day stay in the European fashion capital to work for Gucci.
Mum Rhea Upsher says Dylan, who only started school last September, has missed some classes but all her teachers have been very supportive.
She said she had no negative comments so far for allowing her daughter to model at such a young age - and everyone had been positive about it.
Rhea said: "We saw an advert from Frugi Organic Baby Clothes in Helston to say that they were looking for models, so I sent in some snaps of Dylan from my phone and they loved them.
"Photographers from Frugi arranged to come over and do test shots with Dylan and she was used a lot after that.
"One of the photographers said that she would do brilliantly if we could get her to London.
"I got in touch with a couple of photographers in London who thought she was great and now she is modelling for Mothercare and has a shoot lined up in Milan for Gucci.
"A friend in London had said we should get her in to modelling when she was very young, but we wanted to wait until she was old enough to say yes I like doing this, or no I don't."
She added: "She's very good at taking direction in front of the camera and she loves trying on all the clothes.
"She really, really enjoys it. I think I get more nervous than she does.

"Gucci is quite a jump; it is incredible that Dylan has gone from doing a couple of local shoots in Cornwall to taking part in international campaigns.
"There is no brief for the shoot yet, they should be sending one in the next couple of days, but I assume it is for the spring/summer 2017 campaign.
"We fly out on Sunday and will be back on Friday."
Because of her new-found jet-setting lifestyle the toddler has been missing school, but her family say that she isn't falling behind on her work.
"Dylan started school in September and they have been so supportive," said Rhea.
"If they weren't as supportive as they are I would have thought twice about letting her do the modelling in the first place.
"She does miss some school, but we make sure to keep on top of what they are doing in class and she is not behind in any subjects.
"She has lots of friends and her reading and writing is coming on really well."
Dylan's family believes that visiting the big cities will give a new level to her education.
Rhea added: "It is an education in its own way for her to be back and forth to London and now Milan.
"She only works a maximum of three hours in a day, so for the rest of the time we get to go out and explore as a family, all of these places that we never would have been able to before.
"Last time she had a shoot in London we took her to the National History Museum and Hyde Park."
Rhea admitted: "I was a bit concerned about any negativity with taking her out of school for modelling.
"I thought it would be less of an issue if it was for some sporting event or something, but actually she does have a real talent for it and she does really love it.
"She doesn't miss too much school and we make sure she doesn't get behind on anything.
"We haven't actually had any backlash or negative comments about letting her do modelling.
"At the moment she loves it, she just gets to play in front of the camera, all the crew are really good with her, there's lots of food and drink, she doesn't have to be on set for too long, it is a great experience that she genuinely enjoys.
"If she ever says 'no I don't want to go to London, I don't want to travel anymore I want to stay here with my friends', then we would stop her from doing any more but at the moment she loves it.
"It has all come on so quickly.
"We were very proud of her before any of the modelling, but it is really lovely to see her doing something she really enjoys."
