COPS probing the discovery of a man’s body at a house in Renfrewshire are treating the death as unexplained.

Officers were called to a house in Greenend Avenue, Johnstone at 10.15am on Saturday morning.

Part of the scene has been cordoned off as police continue their investigation, .

A post mortem is due to take place to establish the full circumstances.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
