They both stand tall to aggressively grab each other by the neck in absurd kangaroo boxing match scenes in front of a red tent.

As the fight unfolds, terrified campers flee as the marsupials bound towards them in chase.

The feisty beasts are then thrust into a headlock while they continue yanking at the other's fur.

But one of the marsupials is overpowered and stops pouncing.

Tensions during the scrap are so high that the angry duo resume scrapping after squaring up to each other again and grappling arms.

One of the beasts gives in shortly after and runs away from the area but is followed by the other.

It's unclear what sparked the aggression or if either animal was seriously harmed by the violence.

The Aussie chaos follows an infamous viral clip from two years ago that shows a similar scuffle breaking out in the nation.

The frenzied scramble of stomps, uppercuts and body-blows was caught on camera in Ballina, New South Wales.

A terrified man sprints away from a kangaroo before being forced into an intense scrap.

After failing to get away from the marsupial, which can sprint up to 44mph, the kangaroo lands a series of heavy blows on its unlucky victim.

The man is then able to clutch a stick and strike the animal in self-defence, although it is no match for the kangaroo's impressive boxing skills.

To avoid getting caught with any more hooks, the unidentified man attempts to grab the animal, resulting in a WWE-like action from the kangaroo as he throws them to the ground.

Thankfully, the man is able to suppress the beating as he ends up on top after this move.

Kangaroos are known to be mostly peaceful, but can become extremely dangerous when they feel threatened - leading to some devastating consequences.

The menacing marsupials allegedly cause thousands of injuries across Australia each year, although this will generally only occur if they sense danger to themselves or their offspring.
