Devastated mum shares heartbreaking tribute to her three ‘happy little boys’ after they were found dead with dad at home

A DEVASTATED mum has shared a heartbreaking tribute to her three 'happy little boys' after they were found dead with their dad at home.

The bodies of Piotr Swiderski and the couple's children Kacper, Nikodem and Dominik were found at their Surrey home on Saturday.

The children's mum Angelika Swiderska today issued a statement through police.

Angelika said: "Piotr was an amazing husband and father to Kacper, Nikodem and Dominik.

"He loved us with all his heart and would have done anything for us. The children doted on their daddy.

"Our boys were happy, active children, full of life and happiness. They were always smiling.

"Even when I looked sad, they would say 'Mummy smile like us'. We are grieving for them all.

"We would like to ask for privacy as we try to understand why this tragedy happened.

"I would like to say a huge thank you to all our community for all the messages of condolence, flowers, cards, and teddy bears and for all the kind words about our family."

Cops were called to a home in Spelthorne at around 1.15pm on Saturday afternoon.

They found the bodies of three children and a man inside the property.

Their deaths are believed to be an "isolated incident" with no third-party involvement.

Surrey Police has referred itself to the IOPC watchdog over previous contact between cops and those involved.

DCI Gareth Hicks, who is leading the probe, said: “This is a truly tragic incident.

"A thorough investigation is underway to establish exactly what happened.

"We would like to thank the local community for their support and understanding whilst we have been conducting our enquiries.

"We can also now update that whilst Bremer Road was closed for a significant amount of time yesterday, it has now fully re-opened.

"There will continue to be a police presence in the area for the foreseeable future."
