ONE of Britain’s narrowest homes, which measures less than 10 feet wide, has gone on the market for a quarter of a million pounds.
The Dolls House in Pothleven, Cornwall boasts just one bedroom and was built in an alleyway between two adjoining properties.
It boasts stunning views of the coast is is currently used as a holiday let.
In its sale brochure estate agents The Mather Partnership describe the home as a “quaint character cottage situated in an enviable position”.
It adds: "The property which is one of the most well known dwellings within the village due to its unusual size boasts a stunning vista from the front elevation with direct harbour, clock tower, beach and extensive sea views framed by the Lizard Peninsula in the backdrop.
"Of course, upon entering the cottage you will find yourself equally enamoured as the bijou yet welcoming rooms provide a snug, warm feel."
Thought the price seems steep it is dwarfed by the £700,00 that a tiny London home has just sold for.
