THE ex-wife of a top doctor killed outside his clinic has been arrested in connection with his murder.
Los Angeles police and FBI agents were seen raiding the home of Ahang Mirshojae before she was taken into custody on Thursday.
Ahang, 53, has been hit with a murder charge in relation to the death of doctor Hamid Mirshojae.
Mirshojae, 61, was gunned down outside his Los Angeles clinic as he headed to his car in August.

Footage, seen by the NBC affiliate , showed a string of cars and agents going into Ahang's home.
She was arrested just months after posting a heartbreaking tribute to her ex-husband online.
And she had vehemently denied any involvement in relation to her ex-husband’s death.
Ahang was arrested just days after cops took two people into custody.

Cops arrested Evan Hardman, 41, and Ashley Rose Sweeting, 40, in connection with their probe earlier this week.
Hardman was arrested in Texas, while Sweeting was arrested in the San Fernando Valley.
He will be transferred to Los Angeles.
Hardman faces a charge of murder with special circumstances, while Sweeting is accused of being an accessory to murder.
Cops have also arrested Sarallah Jawed, 26, and Shawn Randolph, 46.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and complex.
Who was Dr. Hamid Mirshojae
The doctor was killed outside his Los Angeles clinic on August 23 by a gunman who shot him in the back at point blank range.
Hamid Mirshojae graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.
He specialized in emergency medicine at the Warner Plaza Urgent Care Center in Woodlands, California.
Mirshojae also treated drug and alcohol addiction.
The Warner Plaza Urgent Care Center describes the late doctor as a "leader in his field, focusing on compassion and wisdom when treating his patients."
"His patients include celebrities, movie stars, athletes, and many people from different walks of life," the description adds.
He has four children, one with his current wife and three adult children with his ex-wife who he divorced in 2010.
Dr Mirshojae was shot in the head in the parking lot of the clinic.
Cops suspect the shooter combed out the area around one hour before opening fire.
The shooting was described as an "ambush-style attack," and the shooter fled the scene after opening fire.
His wife and six-month-old child were in Turkey at the time of his death and quickly rushed back to the US.

The alleged attack was said to have left Mirshojae fearing for his life.
"They came, and they beat him with baseball bats," an unnamed staffer told the outlet.
"They were some strangers that we didn’t know."
Cops have not released a motive as part of their probe.
Mirshojae had more than two decades' worth of experience, according to his bio on the website.
He was described as one of the leaders in his field.
Mirshojae also helped those who suffered from addiction.
