Jimmy Mizen killer’s rap video showed him breaking parole before being sent BACK to jail – as victim’s mum slams thug

A RAPPER unmasked by The Sun as the murderer of Jimmy Mizen faces a return to jail after apparently breaching his licence.

Jake Fahri, rap name TEN, was barred from entering the Greenwich area of London as part of his June 2023 release.

Margaret Mizen, whose 16-year-old son Jimmy was killed by Fahri, watched videos unearthed by The Sun and noticed balaclava-clad Fahri on Greenwich Peninsula with the backdrop of Canary Wharf.

She and hubby Barry, 73, say it is a parole breach.

The Sun has passed the new evidence to the Ministry of Justice who are already investigating Fahri after our exclusive unmasking of him yesterday as a rapper promoted on BBC shows.

Peace campaigner Margaret, 72, said last night: “He is not allowed in certain boroughs. Greenwich is one of them.”

Asked if 35-year-old Fahri should be recalled to prison, she added: “He will have to. Otherwise the licence will be a laughing stock.

“If he has breached it then yes, he needs to go back to prison and really think about his life.”

In the video for Fahri’s song Dirty Game, he raps next to several luxury cars at Blackwall Point Draw Dock near the O2 Arena.

The spot is said to be inside the Greenwich and Bromley lifetime exclusion zone imposed on him following his release.

The zone was enforced to stop Fahri from passing through the part of South East London where he

Fahri hurled a glass dish at Jimmy, fatally severing an artery.

He was found guilty at the Old Bailey in 2009 and sentenced to life with a minimum of 14 years.

A parole board released him in June 2023 despite a report finding he had trouble controlling his anger.

Holding back tears, Margaret said: “Obviously, over this I’m ­leaning towards (thinking) perhaps he needed to do more jail time.

“But when he came out of prison, Barry and I felt that, if he was a changed person, then prison had done some good.

“But if he is the way he is, what is the point?

“We have been into prisons. We know they do courses, but the courses are often done, just to say, ‘I’ve done a course’.

“And the worst of this is it will make him a celebrity to some.

“The films, if and when they’re out there again, they’ll just go up, because people will be viewing them. Is that good? I don’t know.”

In the video Fahri raps: “Said he wants to be a killer. Hit him with some insight.

“Start some murder trials, prosecution wearing pinstripes (crazy).

“Even if you bust a case, even if you slip right, ends with them coming for your neck, protect your windpipe.”

Last night the 3½ minute clip was still showing on the GRM Daily YouTube channel, which has 6.5million subscribers.

Some fans have turned against him.

One wrote in the video’s comments: “I remember this happening, not far from where I lived. He needs locking up again until he learns. It’s shameful he took a life.”

Another added: “Flexing that you killed a 16 year-old is disgusting shi (sic) old man.”

And one of the channel’s own viewers blasted: “Should never have been released, horrible, evil person clearly on display here. He killed a child as an adult.”

We revealed yesterday how the Mizens were horrified that other Fahri song lyrics appeared to refer to Jimmy’s murder.

They included: “Stuck it on a man and watched him melt like Ben and Jerry’s.

“Sharpen up my blade I’ve got to keep those necessary.

“Stay alert and kept it ready, any corner could be deadly.

“Judge took a look at me, before the trial even started he already knows he’s gonna throw the book at me.”

The Ministry of Justice has launched an urgent investigation into Fahri’s music and behaviour since being released.
