AN EVIL overweight foster mom has been sentenced to six years behind bars for crushing a young boy to death by sitting on him.
Jennifer Lee Wilson, 48, claimed she sat on 10-year-old Dakota Stevens for five minutes as punishment for him "misbehaving".
Wilson, who weighs 340lbs, was charged with reckless homicide before being officially sentenced on Friday, according to authorities.
The northwest Indiana native admitted to killing the young boy to cops when she was arrested two months after he died.
She told a court last year, she sat on Stevens' stomach for several minutes back in April 2024 resulting in his tragic death.
Wilson was trying to force the boy down on the ground at the time, police filings said.

Court documents read: "Wilson stated that when she attempted to stop him from leaving, she does not know if she tackled Dakota or they fell to the ground however her intention was to hold him."
Stevens was just 4ft 10in and weighed only 91 pounds, filings revealed.
Despite being just 4ft 11in herself, Wilson weighs 340 pounds, according to driver license records.
Court documents added that at one point during the fatal crush Wilson even asked her foster son: "Are you faking?".

When Stevens didn't reply, the obese mom moved off of the 10-year-old, rolled him over and saw that his eyelids were pale, court documents revealed.
She was on the phone to Stevens' caseworker at the time.
Wilson later claimed to have sat on him for around five minutes, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The foster mom is then said to have called 911 and started to perform CPR.
A neighbor revealed to cops who rushed to the scene that young Stevens ran to her house around 30 minutes before the tragic incident on April 25, is believed to have happened.
They claimed the boy asked to be adopted and said his foster parents would hit him in the face on regular occasions, according to officials.
The neighbor said she never noticed any signs of abuse or Stevens being marked on the morning of his death.
First responders from Valparaiso found the boy lying near the driveway of his home.
He was unconscious, not breathing, and without a pulse when they rushed to the scene.
An officer found the boy had bruising on his lower neck and chest, the affidavit added.
Wilson was described as looking “visibly distraught” by officers.
She told deputies that he had been misbehaving all day and refused to do his chores, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Stevens was airlifted to hospital and died two days later.
An autopsy revealed the cause of death as mechanical asphyxia with a CT scan also revealing severe brain swelling from oxygen deprivation.
The death was later ruled as homicide as an arrest warrant against Wilson was ordered.
