A post on Mia Moo's Foundation Facebook site read:"Mia loves to receive post and I would like to ask you amazing followers if any of you would be so kind as to send a card, drawing, picture, letter anything to help Mia smile, lift her spirits and show her how amazing we all think she is.

"Mia is very, very sad at the minute and her spirits are really low.

"While the kids are on holidays get the arts and craft box out and get creative. Be sure to put your name and where you are from (age if you want to) and we will brighten Mia's room with all these lovely well wishes."
