Who is Owen Jones?
Owen Jones is the brother of Rhys, an 11-year-old schoolboy killed in Liverpool one month before his twelfth birthday in 2007.
Rhys was gunned down in broad daylight when a hooded youth cycled by and fired three shots from a handgun. One struck Rhys in the back.
Football mad Rhys was an Everton fan and season ticket holder along with Owen and their dad Steve.
Owen, then 17, stood alongside his parents as nearly 40,000 football fans paid tribute to Rhys in the days following his death before Everton took on Blackburn Rovers.

Following his death the reported that Owen posted a message on the internet.
He said: "Please do not think my brother was part of any gang, he was just an innocent boy in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"He loved Everton, loved playing football and idolised players such as Lescott, Yobo, Arteta, AJ – to name just a few of his favourites.
"He spent all his money on every Everton kit possible just to show how proud he was to be an Evertonian. He was a cracking little player as well.
"I hope to God that the thug who fired at Rhys is caught and gets his punishment for taking such a promising life away because I do not want anybody, blue or red, feeling what myself and my family currently are. RIP my little brother, you will never be forgotten."
After the conviction of Rhys' killer, Sean Mercer, Owen's parents Melanie and Steve stood on the steps of Liverpool Crown Court and said "justice has been done for Rhys" before thanking the people of Liverpool for their support.
