Glamorous Brit-based fashion student wins coveted Miss Teen Universe title wearing PEACOCK-shaped dress
Brainy bombshell Srishti Kaur, 19, wants to use her new found profile to help blind people and orphans
A LONDON student has won the ultimate battle of the beauties to be crowned this year’s Miss Teen Universe.
Fashion student Srishti Kaur, 19, triumphed over contestants from 25 nations as well as winning best national costume for her elaborate peacock shaped dress.
Srishti, from the city of Noida, in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh State, is currently studying at the London School of Fashion.
But the teen has ambitious hopes for using her newfound fame to "make her country a better place".
In a press interview following her crowning Srishti told reporters: "I am so happy and I am definitely going to bring about change in my country."

Srishti said: "I will definitely work for the blind as well as with an orphanage I have which will call ‘Our Home.'"
When asked to give a message to say to other girls aspiring to one day win the crown, Srishti said: "I hope one day young girls can look up to me and see that they can really do or be what they aspire to.
“Everybody should follow their dreams."
Miss Teen Universe, which started six years ago, is for girls from the ages of 15 to 19.
The other finalists were Ary Trava from Mexico and Samantha Pierre from Canada.
