Girl, 12, fighting for life after horror 3-car crash that saw vehicle erupt in ‘ball of flames’ & 7 raced to hospital

A 12-YEAR-old girl is fighting for her life after a horrific three-car crash that left seven injured - including another 13-year-old girl.
Emergency crews raced to the scene on the A541 in Denbighshire, North Wales, at around 7.40pm on Wednesday.
Two people were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injuries by dangerous driving after the crash, which involved an Audi Q3, a silver Mercedes A200 and a silver BMW 118.
Both the 12-year-old and 13-year-old girls, who remain in hospital were passengers in the Audi Q3.
Tony Johnson, who lives nearby, was one of the first people on the scene, and said he helped pull one driver from a burning car which was engulfed by flames "within two minutes".
He said: "We were sat down to have dinner around 19:20 last night when we heard a tremendous bang.
"The kind of bang where you know something serious has happened.
"We came outside to the road, a couple of vehicles obviously had a big collision, one of them was on fire.
He said he and a neighbour approached the burning car and saw the driver was still inside.
"We made the decision to get him out, because there was obviously danger with the fire… within two minutes, the whole vehicle was in a ball of flames."
The female driver of the Audi remains in Aintree Hospital with serious, life-changing injuries.
The male driver of the Mercedes remains at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
He too is said to have serious, life-changing injuries.
The 20-year-old driver of the BMW, who was initially taken to hospital with slight injuries, was later arrested on suspicion of causing serious injuries by dangerous driving.
He has since been released under investigation.
Officers found seven people at the scene, near the Downing Arms Inn.
Air ambulances transported three to major trauma centres while paramedics rushed four others to local hospitals.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service also sent two engines and two officers to the scene after one car became engulfed in flames.
Now, police are renewing their appeal to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of a silver BMW 118, an Audi Q3 and a Silver Mercedes A200 travelling together in the area.
Detective sergeant Katie Davies of the serious collision investigation unit for North Wales Police said: “Our thoughts remain with all who are in hospital.
"I would like to stress that the investigation to find out what happened is now underway.
“We’d like to thank all those who have already contacted us, however we continue to urge anybody who may have information that could assist with our investigation to come forward.
