However it is only available to rent for the Open golf championship at nearby Sandwich in 2020.

Appleton Letting Agents say the home is not available to smokers or those on housing benefit.
The listing says: "The helipad in the field is for easy access to Sandwich, five to eight minutes' flight away."
A helicopter to whisk tenants to the golf course is not included in the price.
The 149th Open will be played from July 12-19 2020, marking a return to the coastal course for the first time since 2011.
