However it is only available to rent for the Open golf championship at nearby Sandwich in 2020.
The beautiful fully furnished 15th century house has six bathrooms, a 60ft open plan kitchen and breakfast room, a formal dining room and a study.
Appleton Letting Agents say the home is not available to smokers or those on housing benefit.
The listing says: "The helipad in the field is for easy access to Sandwich, five to eight minutes' flight away."
A helicopter to whisk tenants to the golf course is not included in the price.
The 149th Open will be played from July 12-19 2020, marking a return to the coastal course for the first time since 2011.
