Kelly, 26, of Daventry, Northants, said: “Mrs May made hard choices promising to bring down net migration and removing the pensions triple lock.

“But she knows it’s the only way to balance the books by 2025 and eradicate the deficit.

“Her smart fiscal policy alone should make her a shoe-in to get the nation’s vote on June 8.”

Danni Wells, 30, from Coventry, who designed the collection, said: “I was just so impressed with Mrs May’s decision I wanted to commemorate it.

“The main design is based on the red bow on her shoes and the bra is reinforced to make it strong and stable – just like her leadership.

“Her decision to launch a general election after triggering Article 50 was a perfect example of this and will hopefully give her the mandate to deliver the best Brexit.

“She is the only candidate who will negotiate the best possible deal with the 27 other EU members.

“And she also understands that Brexit means coming out of the customs union and ending the free movement of people – no ifs or buts.

“I think the Prime Minister is the only leader who can balance the books fairly and I respect her decision to scale back austerity.

“But unlike Jeremy Corbyn she knows tough economic decisions have to be made if we want Brexit to be a success.

“I also admire how she makes the tough decisions while dressing with style - as Marilyn Monroe said, ‘Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world’.”
