POPSTAR Ariana Grande's mum is reported to have escorted petrified fans to safety backstage moments after the terror attack at her daughter's concert last night.
reports that Joan came to the aid of young fans around her as she still sat in her front row seat following the gig.
It is understood the pop superstar’s mum helped as many as ten children backstage to safety during the carnage which saw 22 innocent people killed.
The US site cites eyewitnesses who saw Joan lead the group into the backstage area where she comforted them until they were safely evacuated by police.

Following the slaughter – carried out by Brit born terrorist Salman Abedi – Ariana wrote an emotional post on social media saying she was “broken”.
She wrote on Twitter: “Broken from the bottom of my heart, I am so so sorry. I don’t have words.”
A representative from the singer’s label confirmed the 23-year-old was “okay”, although was reportedly left “in hysterics” following the bombing.
The singer cancelled her world tour in the wake of the horror.
