Playboy model Dani Mathers ordered to clear up graffiti after sharing a naked pic of a 71-year-old woman on Snapchat
A PLAYBOY model who humiliated a 71-year-old woman by posting a naked gym picture of her on Snapchat must now clean up graffiti as punishment for the act which provoked condemnation on social media.
Dani Mathers, the Playmate of the Year 2015, secretly snapped an image of the pensioner in the locker room with the caption: “If I can’t unsee this you can’t either.”
This "body shaming" at an LA Fitness Gym showed a selfie of Mathers in a tank top with her hand over her mouth gasping in horror.
Her post in July last year also broke privacy laws in California which makes it illegal to photograph an “identifiable” person while they are changing without their consent.
The glamorous Playboy centrefold tried to evade court by arguing that the woman in the picture was too far away to be identified, reports .

The court heard she claimed she intended to send the photo privately to a friend and accidentally posted it publicly.
Today she appeared at Los Angeles County Superior Court and pleaded no contest to a charge of misdemeanour invasion of privacy.
Mathers will be on probation for three years and must not take photos of people or post them online without their permission.
She was ordered to either serve 45 days in jail or 30 days of graffiti removal - and chose the latter.
The Instagram star, who has reportedly been banned from all LA Fitness gyms, underwent counselling and took part in an anti-bullying course in bid to avoid trial.
Her attorney Thomas Mesereau said outside court: "She really apologises from the bottom of her heart for what happened.
"She never thought this would come out like this. Never intended to hurt anyone."
The victim, who has not been named, had been expected to testify if the case went to trial, according to Rob Wilcox, a spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney.
Defendants who plead no contest do not admit guilt but do not dispute the charges and are therefore convicted.
In a video posted online, Mathers said; “That was absolutely wrong and not what I meant to do. I know that body-shaming is wrong. That is not the type of person I am."
