Heartbroken parents of Manchester bombing victim Olivia Campbell reveal they are getting married in her honour as John Legend pays tribute to tragic teen
The devastated pair were also sent a message from John Legend as appeared on Good Morning Britain today to speak about the 15-year-old
THE mum and stepdad of Manchester bomb victim Olivia Campbell will marry in her honour as they say they want her to be the face of the city.
The devastated pair were also sent a message from John Legend as they appeared on Good Morning Britain today to speak about the 15-year-old, who was caught up in the atrocity a week ago.
Her mum Charlotte has been speaking out about her daughter since she died in the horrific attack in the Manchester Arena last Monday during an Ariana Grande concert.
She told host Eamonn Holmes she was doing so to keep the memory of Olivia alive.
She said: "I want my daughter to carry on living, I never want her to be forgotten by anyone, if anyone ever met her they wouldn't have forgotten her anyway - she wouldn't have let them.
"But I just want her to keep on, I just want her memory to be kept alive."
During the emotional interview Olivia's stepdad said he wanted her to become the face of Manchester and get the version of her singing John Legend's All Of Me to number one.
Paul Hodgson added: "We need someone and why not her a young lady, 15 years old, who was tragically taken through this, to stand up and say to people we are going to stick together, we are Manchester, we are Britain and the song is so fitting.
"Let's get it to number one, let's go to do a record and make that little girl's dream."
The music star himself sent a message to the heartbroken couple and said: "Hello Paul and Charlotte, this is John Legend. I can't imagine the pain you are going through, I have a young daughter and I can imagine the feeling you must be going through right now to have to bury your own daughter.
"I understand that she was a fan of my music and she sang my song All Of Me for a talent show and that you played it at her memorial service.
