AN ISIS car bomb has exploded outside an ice cream shop in Baghdad filled with women and kids celebrating Ramadan, killing at least 15 people and injuring 50.
The group claimed responsibility for the attack, which Iraqi officials said involved remotely detonated explosives inside a parked car.
The attack comes just days into the holy month of Ramadan when Muslims fast during daylight hours and during which ISIS has called for "all-out war".
Videos posted to social media showed chaotic scenes on the streets surrounding the blast.
