The politician was accused three weeks ago of sex attack
EX-Labour MP Simon Danczuk was yesterday cleared over allegations he raped a young woman in Westminster offices.
The politician, standing as an independent candidate in next week’s General Election, was accused three weeks ago of a sex attack last year.
Mr Danczuk, who was not arrested, went to a London police station voluntarily and said the claim was “wholly untrue”.
Police have told his lawyers Olliers “no further action is being taken in this matter and the case is complete”.

Mr Danczuk, 50, said he had been “astonished to face these grave allegations in the first place”.
He quit Labour after it banned him from standing in the election over a sexting scandal.
