Moroccan London Bridge attacker Rachid Redouane exploited a loophole to sneak back into the UK with his Irish ID after being denied asylum
Jihadi Rachid Redouane gained entry to Britain again using documents picked up in Dublin after he married a Brit
JIHADI Rachid Redouane exploited a loophole to slip into Britain from Ireland — after the Home Office booted him out.
The Moroccan-born chef had been refused asylum.
But he gained entry again using documents picked up in Dublin after he married a Brit.
He was one of the thousands of non-EU nationals using Ireland as a route to get into the UK.
The scam sees them wed European citizens and create a false Irish background for themselves.
Records showed Redouane, 30, secured an Irish-issued 4 EU FAM card.
It is believed he was entitled to it following his marriage to Essex-born Charisse O’Leary in the Irish capital in 2012.
A Whitehall source explained: “It is essentially an Irish residency card. It allows the holder to remain in Britain for three months during which time they must apply for British residency if they wish to stay longer.”
The couple gave an address of Rathmines, South Dublin, on the marriage certificate. But investigators think they were staying at a different property five miles away.
The Sun has discovered Facebook posts by Charisse in 2015.

Irish authorities are still puzzling over the exact timeline of Redouane’s movements.
Last night it was claimed that he used access time with his baby daughter to plot the London Bridge attack with accomplice Khuram Butt.

The maniacs are thought to have planned Saturday night’s massacre at Charisse’s flat — while Redouane was supposedly spending quality time with their 20-month-old daughter Amina.
He had split from care worker Charisse and it is believed that she was unaware of the evil being plotted under her roof in Barking, East London.
A neighbour said last night: “He lived here for about two months until Charisse kicked him out because she had a new boyfriend.
“He would see his daughter a few times a week. While she was at work he used to come here with friends.
“I think they used the flat to plan the attack.
“He described all his friends as ‘my brothers’.
“On Saturday he was here with Khumar Butt.”
Meanwhile, Libyan sources claim Redouane fought in the revolution against Col Muammar Gaddafi and joined a militia brigade which sent foreign fighters to Syria.
