UK’s ‘biggest’ chicken nugget is a 6,000 calorie monster that is equivalent to 85 McDonald’s treats and comes with an entire bottle of BBQ sauce
THE UK's biggest chicken nugget has been created - and it is the equivalent of 85 of the standard sized treats you can pick up at McDonald's.
The calorific monster comes with its own bottle of barbecue sauce to wash down the staggering amount of meat, which weighs one-and-a-half kilograms.

Dubbed the Nugzilla challenge, anyone who successfully takes on the fowl Frankenstein will digest 6,000 calories - six times the recommended amount for adults.
The recipe sees more than three pounds of minced chicken shaped on a baking tray before being rolled in flour and spices.
The entire nugget is then squeezed into a deep fat fryer – it just about fits – and cooked until golden brown.
Once crispy the chef plates up the dish with a large serving of fries on the side.
Lucas, founding director of Rub Smokehouse - which has branches in Beverley, Birmingham, Newcastle and Nottingham - said: "The Nugzilla is born of my love of chicken nuggets. I can never get enough.

"We were sat round one night and we thought, 'Let's make the biggest chicken nugget we can possibly do'.
"In an average portion the fat content is about 330 grams and there are 4,500 calories. There's also another 1,200 calories in the fries alone.
"We've had quite a good take up of it. About six people have managed to eat the entire thing.
"We do have a booking of 12 individuals coming in at the same time and they're going to chomp their way through it. Let's see how it goes for them!
"It is a bit like marmite. You either love it or you hate it. But the response on social media has been out of this world."

In a separate case a size eight woman managed to munch down eight foot-long Subway sandwiches in just over half-an-hour and said she still had room for more.
Emma Dalton, of Bromsgrove, Worcs, initially set herself a goal of eating her own height – 5ft 4ins – in the popular rolls but kept going to smash the target.
In complete contrast a “breatharian” mum-and-dad of two have barely eaten for nine years as they live off “the universe’s energy”.
