CIGGIE-loving tyrant Kim Jong-un has been 'caught on film' puffing away on a fag - just a few feet away from the engines of North Korea's latest mega-missile.
The dopey despot was seemingly spotted smoking next to the base of the Hwasong-14 ICBM which has an untested rocket engine containing hundreds of gallons of highly-flammable liquid fuel.
In a video clip spotted on Twitter, Kim can clearly be seen puffing on a cigarette as the missile is set up to be launched on Tuesday.
The Sun Online cannot verify the clip is genuine, however Kim is known to be a chain smoker and is often seen with a fag in his mouth.
Not surprisingly no one stepped forward to stop idiotic warmonger - who is known for his volatile temper.
Juts last year, he was reported to have executed one official who fell asleep when Kim was addressing a meeting.
North Korea announced its successful test-launch of the ICBM Tuesday, saying the missile was capable of carrying a large and heavy nuclear warhead.

Kim's dirt poor kingdom has the some of the highest levels of adult male smokers in the world with almost half of men hooked on tobacco.
It led to a propaganda campaign earlier this year to cut smoking.
Kim, 33, tried to give up himself and was not seen with a cigarette in public for three months.
But it did not last long as he was pictured touring a facility in the capital Pyongyang last month.
