Cops have halted five terror attacks in the past four months – some with MINUTES to spare
Met boss Cressida Dick said: 'Some of them were very close to an attack. Very close'

FIVE terror atrocities have been foiled in the past three to four months — some with minutes to spare, Britain’s top cop revealed.
Met Police boss Cressida Dick said: “Some of them were very close to an attack. Very close.”
Asked if she meant minutes away, she confirmed: “Yes.”
The Commissioner said police had stopped “a very large number” in the past few years.
“There have been hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of arrests of people radicalised and spreading hatred, supporting terror or wanting to carry out an attack.”
“The Government has said it’s going to review strategy. There’s going to be a huge focus on what we do to prevent people becoming radicalised and to prevent radicalised people becoming violent.”
