Dramatic moment vicious brawl erupts outside Bluewater shopping centre when paedo vigilantes confront perv who ‘groomed schoolgirl’ – as he’s caged for three years
Vigilantes had to step in to protect Mirza Mispa Beg after shoppers tried to attack him in the confrontation
THIS is the dramatic moment a brawl erupted inside a shopping centre when paedophile hunters confronted a pervert who agreed to meet a 14-year-old for sex.
Mirza Mispa Beg, 29, has been jailed for three years after falling into a trap set up by vigilante group The Hunted One.
He sparked a mass brawl at Bluewater shopping centre in Dartford, Kent after agreeing to meet a child for sex - not realising she was a decoy.
In the shocking footage, two furious shoppers suddenly pile in and start attacking Beg.
Vigilantes and security staff are forced to step in to protect him as one of the men jumps on to a flower bed behind and starts furiously kicking him, screaming "you dirty n*nce".
As the men are restrained, one breaks free and spits on Beg, yelling: "I'll kill you stone dead."
A full 18-minute live stream of the violent confrontation was posted online.
Beg admitted arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence at Maidstone Crown Court in May, and was jailed on Friday for three years and four months.
Two men were also sentenced by magistrates for affray after the brawl.
Tom Dunn, prosecuting, said Beg, of no fixed address, had a profile on a chat dating site claiming he was 22, with a photo of himself.
On April 13, he contacted a girl called Scarlet, who had a profile with a photo, set up as a "decoy" by Andy Bradstock, who runs vigilante group The Hunted One.
In the first message to Beg, originally from Bangladesh, the decoy account said: "I am 14 years old and come from Kent."
He said he lived in east London, and asked if she was single and said he wanted to meet her, and told her to trust him.
Beg, who was on a student visa at the time, repeatedly asked to meet and said he loved her.
Mr Dunn said: "He suggested they met at Bluewater Marks & Spencer. He said to her: 'You are my girlfriend.' He suggested they should have dinner together.
"She replies: 'You don't mind I am only 14 years old?'
"The messages become sexual."
The court heard Beg asked, "you want that I am sleep with you baby?", and asked to stay at her house while her parents were away.
Scarlet responded: "You want me to keep it secret because it is first time baby?"
Beg said: "Yes, I will teach you."
When she told him she did not want to have a baby, he said he would bring condoms.
Beg travelled by bus to Bluewater, arriving outside Marks & Spencer at 2pm where he was confronted by the group.
Mr Bradstock and others tried but failed to prevent two men attacking Beg after the face-off turned violent.
Judge David Griffith-Jones QC told Beg: "You plainly have a sexual interest in young children."
Beg will be on the sex offenders' register indefinitely, a sexual harm prevention order was made, and he will be barred from working with children and vulnerable adults.
Dean George, defending, said Beg had "some markings on him" after the "unpleasant" assault.
After the incident Det Ch Insp Emma Banks, of Kent Police, said: "I strongly discourage people taking the law into their own hands to avoid them and others, including individuals who may have been wrongfully identified, being put in any danger."
