School support worker, 37, caught on viral Snapchat video snorting white powder off a student’s finger
A ten-second video on Snapchat shows the 37-year-old leaning over a youngster to shovel a powder up her nose
A SCHOOL support worker dubbed ‘Miss Sniff’ has been caught on camera snorting a suspicious looking white powder with students.
Teresa Ward - in charge of behaviour at North Cestrian school in Altrincham, Greater Manchester - has been suspended by shocked bosses.
A ten-second video on Snapchat shows the 37-year-old leaning over a youngster to shovel a powder up her nose.
A caption on the video says: "Miss getting on it".
An image taken from the footage has been captioned: "When ya get a teacher from north ses back to the gaff hahaha".
An appalled mum whose son attends the school, for pupils aged 13 to 17, said: “My son was sent a Snapchat video from another student of Teresa Ward taking drugs with students at the school.
“The video has gone all through the school.
“My son showed it to me and you can see the other children in their blazers with her.

"The screen shot of the video was taken on the 17th of June, so the video must have been taken around the same time.
"In the video she is lounging around on the settee - it looks like she's wearing her pyjamas.
"She looks like she's snorting off a student's finger. You couldn't make it up that she's in charge of behaviour at the school."
While the footage is no longer live on the video-sharing app it has been widely distributed by pupils.
The concerned mum added: "It is disgusting behaviour for an educational support worker to be acting this way in front of students.
“This is every parent’s worst nightmare. It is a scandal and has brought shame upon the school.
“What on earth was she thinking and what was the school doing employing someone like this.”
The school’s website lists Ms Ward’s official duties at the school as Behaviour Manager.
Lee Bergin, headmaster at North Cestrian School, told The Sun Ms Ward was a member of the school’s educational support team.
He said: “This is a very serious matter and I would like to reassure parents and pupils at the school that it is being treated as such.
“As soon as the school became aware of the video, which appears to show one of our support staff Teresa Ward sniffing an unspecified substance, she was suspended pending a full investigation.
“Ms Ward subsequently tendered her resignation and is no longer an employee at the school.
“A full internal investigation into the presence of Ms Ward at the party has concluded that no North Cestrian students were present.
“Details of the matter have been referred to the Disclosure and Barring Service and the local area designated officer for Trafford who are in charge of overseeing the matter moving forwards.
“The school does not tolerate drug taking in any guise, so I would like to thank pupils and parents for bringing the matter to our attention so we were able to take swift action.”
The school, which dates back to 1951, boasts on its website how: “Visitors often comment on their delight at seeing busy children with smiles on their faces.”
Single mother of two Ms Ward spoke to The Sun from her home in Chorlton, South Manchester.
She said: “I'm going to lose everything. I've not even seen it.
“Nobody in my family knows about it, I no longer work there.
“I'm going to lose absolutely everything for a stupid two minutes of my life. I've got two boys, I'm a single mum. I don't want to lose my boys.”
She then added: “It wasn't even drugs, I had a drugs test. I don't even know what it was, these weren't kids, they were 19."
