Separate footage shows anti-riot officers entering The Mount in Bovington, Herts, to restore order.
A source said: “People have set fires and caused flooding. It’s carnage.”
Andrea Albutt, president of the Prison Governors Association, warned yesterday that many jails were in “crisis”.
