A TOWN hall bigwig in charge of equality laws has been caught parking in a disabled bay.
Tory Paul Bettison, 64, left his black Jaguar in the space in Bracknell, Berks.

David Luck, who saw him, said: “I have friends and family who are genuinely disabled.
“I found it shocking. You wouldn’t expect this sort of behaviour from someone in a position of such social responsibility.”
Mr Bettison, leader of Bracknell Forest Council, apologised and said he had trouble walking far.
He added: “I am in the process of applying for a Blue Badge.”
