Fake rape accusation exposed as CCTV appears to show female student, 19, INVITE man home for sex… despite later claiming he attacked her

A FAKE rape accusation has been exposed after CCTV appeared to show a female student, 19, leading a man home for sex... despite later claiming he attacked her.
Footage showed the teenage girl leading him from the bar and signing him into her dorm after making a sexual gesture to a friend with her hands.
Arman Premjee, 20, had been accused of sexually assaulting the fellow student after meeting her in a bar in LA, US.
The prosecution team for his 19-year-old alleged victim claimed she was too drunk to consent, reports.
Mr Premjee had denied rape by use of drugs and sexual penetration by a foreign object and was cleared after a judge saw the video.
He said: "I'm very grateful for these tapes. She put her arms around my neck, she started kissing me."
He added: "She knew what she was doing. She was able to stand on her own two feet. She led the way."
The judge said the footage indicated that the alleged victim initiated the contact.
The University of Southern California is conducting its own investigation and Mr Prenjee could still face expulsion.
