Stomach-churning video shows Dr Pimple Popper tackling ‘baby’s face’ cyst that oozes GREY, ‘cheese-like’ lumps

This is the stomach-churning moment that Dr Pimple Popper removed a giant cyst resembling a baby’s face that oozed mushy, grey pus.

Be warned, this video is not for the faint-hearted.

Dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee, better known as Dr Pimple Popper, can be seen starting her gory and revolting work on giant cyst.

The brave doctor takes a scalpel to cut a neat line down the centre of the epidermoid cyst and confirms she is trying to not smell its contents.

Almost immediately, thick, cheese-like pus starts to seep out of the opening and is a surprising grey colour.

Dr Lee, who is a board-certified dermatologist, skin cancer surgeon, and cosmetic surgeon, starts to soak up the lava-like fluid using wads of tissue.

She explains that the cyst is probably 50-years-old, and most likely started to develop when the man was hit by a bull when he was five.

On her video, she explains: “Epidermoid cysts result from the reproduction of epidermal cells within a confined space of the dermis.

“The pasty contents are mostly composed of macerated keratin (wet skin cells), which creates this ‘cheesy’ consistency, and there can be a pungent odour.”

The benign growth is commonly found in the skin and typically appears on the face, neck or trunk, but can occur anywhere on the body.

Dr Lee can be seen poking around in the opening to ensure that all traces of the cyst and the mud-like contents are removed, and she explained the importance of doing so.

She wrote: “The complete cyst removal including the entire cyst sac and contents need to be removed to ensure that the cyst won’t reoccur.”

This isn't the first time she has tackled a cyst of epic proportions.

Watch Dr Pimple Popper slay a giant ‘unicorn cyst’ on man’s head in grim video after it grew for sex years.

And last year, Dr Pimple Popper squeezed mushy white lumps out of a doorknob-sized cyst on US TV show… and the audience is left horrified.
