COPS are trying to find a group of footie fans who allegedly let off a smoke bomb on a crowded train just a day after the Parsons Green terror attack in London.

Footage posted to Twitter shows the men, who are believed to be Reading FC fans, singing, dancing and banging the ceiling as the carriage fills with smoke.

Tensions are high and Britain is at the highest security level of "critical" after 30 people were injured when a bomb partially detonated at Parsons Green Underground Station.

Reading FC drew 1-1 with Brentford in West London today - a 20 minute journey from Parsons Green.

It is not known which of the men who appear in the video set off the smoke bomb or when the footage was recorded.

The Twitter user who posted the video says one of the men pressed the emergency stop button.

Twitter users were astonished at the stunt, with one calling it "ridiculously stupid".

One said: "After yesterday's tube incident! This shows a great deal of maturity and responsibility.

"Embarassing!"

British Transport Police urged anyone with information to contact officers immediately.

Yesterday's bomb struck as passengers were travelling to the centre of the capital.

Some suffered burns and others were injured in a stampede to escape from the station, one of the above-ground stops on the Underground network. Health officials said none was thought to be in a serious condition.
