THIS is the sickening moment a man screams in pain as a demon dog clamps down on his arm and refuses to let go outside a H&M.

Horrified shoppers in Glasgow were paralysed to act as the savage beast sank its teeth into the man in his fifties, who fell to his knees in agony and clung to a railing outside the retailer for dear life.

The Sun understands the brute ripped a chunk from the terrified victim's arm, leaving him severely bleeding.

Footage captured the owner pulling his pet's lead as frantic onlookers in a nearby building urge someone to come to the victim's aid.

The vicious attack happened around 5.20pm yesterday on Buchanan Street in the heart of the city.

Paramedics raced to the scene after receiving an emergency call.

H&M staff can be seen running back and forth in panic, as the man appears to wriggle his arm free through his jacket sleeve, as the dog, which appears to be a Staffie breed, eventually loosens its vice-like grip.

The man bravely gets to his feet and walks out the shot, while the owner appears to get into an argument with a woman who witnessed the horror ordeal.

He was treated by paramedics on the street but was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary due to the extent of his injuries.
