What happened in Dubai?
Jamie was arrested following an incident in a bar in the conservative Islamic country.
Emad Tabaza, said the Brit had been "very drunk" and "repeatedly" touched him at Rock Bottom bar.
Jamie claimed he was trying to avoid spilling his drink when he touched the Jordanian businessman on the hip in the crowded bar.
He was said to have been holding a drink, moving through a crowded bar and held a hand in front of him to avoid spilling it on himself or others.
He then ''touched a man on his hip to avoid impact''.
Jamie was arrested following the incident, jailed for five days before being released on bail.
He lost his job and has been stuck in Dubai for the last three months where he has spent over £32,000 in expenses and legal fees trying to resolve the matter.

Why were the charges dropped?

Radha Stirling, CEO of Detained in Dubai, said Jamie was contacted by police last night to say his sentence has been overturned on order from the Sheikh who was worried that the high profile case could affect tourism in the UAE.
She said: "He nervously went to the police station today to get his passport, but he was worried it was going to be a trap to re-arrest him.
"He is very relieved and in shock as he wasn't expecting this to happen.
"He has to arrange flights home now, but he should be back in Britain imminently."
What has Jamie Harron said about the incident?
Jamie has claimed his accuser may have been jealous he was chatting to a female waitress the businessman had earlier taken an interest in.
After touching down at Glasgow Airport, he said: "The legal system in Dubai is a shambles and if this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
"He was in there before us, and I think he was maybe trying to talk to her before, and then us two young guys come and start chatting to her and having a laugh, and he had a problem with it.
"I think it was a bad situation, to be honest. I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
"I still couldn't believe it had actually happened and what it was that was going on.
"Even now that I'm actually home, I still can't believe that it was actually three and a half months.
"I was in shock. I said: 'Of course I never did that. That man was fully clothed, and we were in a public bar.' That is absolutely ridiculous."
