Evelin Tivadari, 22, from Hungary, witnessed the shocking scene – which she says took place at 7.30pm – as she rode the bus home from work.

She told Sun Online: “I was on the top deck listening to music and I just noticed that the bus alarm went off and people were shouting and looking out the window so I started recording.

“All I could see was there was a big group of people – like around ten – in a big fight. And it seemed to me all against one person.”

A gang of youths – which Evelin guesses were in their early 20s – appear to surround one young man as punches and kicks fly amid the rush hour traffic.

The young man flails his fists in all directions at his attackers before one of them grabs his jacket and throws him backwards into some wooden hoarding.

Another youth then runs in and appears to boot him in the face before another attempts the same.

Shocked commuters can be heard shouting “oh my god!” as the group lay into him before eventually scattering.

Evelin said: “I don’t know what it was all about but the worst thing for me was when the last guy kicked the guy on the floor in the head.

“And then another one did the same and then they all just rushed off.”

The nanny added: “It was just horrible and after I just started crying.

“I don’t know what was the cause of it but nothing can be bad enough to do something like that and hurt someone like that.

“Especially when he got the second kick it was a real shock for everybody on the bus.”
