Twisted trolls put Harvey Price pic on their bank cards as eBay remove t-shirts mocking disabled lad
HARVEY Price's face appears on a bank card in the latest poor-taste attack on him by vile internet trolls.
The disabled son of Katie Price features on a customised Barclays debit card - just days after eBay was forced to pull a sick collection of items mocking him from their site.
The 15-year-old suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome and is on the autistic spectrum.
A photo of the sick card was uploaded to Facebook alongside the caption: “New bank card has arrived!”
It was published in a car appreciation group called SLAMBER-CITY which has over 150,000 members.
The Sun Online informed Barclays of the sick stunt and the bank has now vowed to cancel the debit card due to the "unacceptable" use.
A spokesman told The Sun Online: "We’re grateful that this matter has been brought to our attention.
"This behaviour is unacceptable and in light of this, we’ve taken steps to cancel the debit card and to close the customer’s account.
"We’ve also made a £500 donation to The Vision Charity who do tremendous work to support blind and visually impaired children."
T-shirts and mugs featured the design.
The phrase was uttered by the teen during an appearance on Loose Women with his mother.
He was asked what he would say "if someone said something horrible" to him, to which the 15-year-old replied "hello you c***s".
A seller, who went under the name rooby3333, advertised the shirts for £13.99 while the mugs were on sale for £8.99.
The online auction site has now removed both items.
An eBay spokesman said: "While we loved Harvey standing up to his bullies, unfortunately these items aren't allowed on eBay because of offensive language printed on them.
"We have removed these items and we will contact the seller on this."
When asked about his products, the seller said: "It depends which way you look at it at the end of the day.
"He [Harvey] responded to a question regarding his haters and trolls, and I think he did a great job.
"As for being offensive, not at all."
The TV star, 39, said she raised the alarm after receiving an anonymous email warning that Harvey’s face would be “smashed in” unless she paid the cash.
The sick schemer also threatened to release details of an affair they claimed Katie’s husband Kieran Hayler, 30, was having with a friend.
And they demanded that Katie arrange for the blackmail money to be delivered to an East London address.
Bizarrely, they also demanded a designer Armani dress as part of the deal.
The email, sent to Katie’s management company, is now being investigated by police, who are said to be taking the matter “extremely seriously.”
Barclays Bank have been contacted for comment.
