Sex beast ‘rapes his neighbour’s 18-month-old baby in front of his young kids before dumping bleeding tot in the street’

A SEX beast raped an 18-month-old baby in front of his own young children and dumped her brutally injured in the street, police in India say.
The toddler had gone to play with her neighbour's two kids aged two and four when the dad allegedly assaulted her in the one-room home.
The alleged rapist's wife was outside working on the terrace at the time, . But his two young kids were present during the assault.
The victim's mother found her dumped outside her house bleeding and in pain, said police in the Aman Vihar district of Delhi.
She was taken to hospital where she is recovering after surgery.
Swati Maliwal, head of the Delhi Commission for Women, met the badly injured youngster after her operation.
She said: "The poor child cannot even speak, she is just laying there."
She added on Twitter: "Going to meet 1.5 year old rape survivor. Can't describe my feelings.
"She went thru so much pain. How will I answer her silent questions?"
The girl's mother is separated from her husband and stays at her parents' home in an outer Delhi colony.
named the suspected rapist neighbour as Rakesh Bhatnagar, 33, who works as a printer.
A officer told the paper: “Rakesh’s wife was washing clothes on the terrace and rushed downstairs on hearing the child scream.”
Bhatnagar is said to have fled but was arrested later that day.
The suspect now faces possible life imprisonment after he was charged under India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
It was the latest in a series of brutal sexual assaults on women and children in India.
Just a day before the toddler rape, 19-year-old student in Bhopal was accused by police of lying after she was robbed, beaten, tied up and gang raped for three hours.
Cops only agreed to take on the case after she and her family chased down two of the suspects, including one who was on bail accused of murdering a baby.
