A TEACHER has been jailed for five years after he tied a 13-year-old to a tree and forced her to perform sex acts on him.
The pervert, whose name is kept secret due to Switzerland's strict privacy laws, groomed the youngster online.
The girl has been suicidal since the ordeal, a court in Lenzburg, in the Aargau canton, was told.
The teacher contacted her online and exploited her vulnerability to convince her to meet him.
He took her to a forest near her home where he is said to have hit and abused her.
It was reported that he forced the teen to address him as "Master" and to submit to him.
The teacher admitted the sexual act but claimed it was consensual. He denied forcing the girl into sadomasochistic acts.
Defence lawyer Urs Oswald said the victim had given her consent and there was no use of violence.

But public prosecutor Rebecca Baenziger described the teacher's behaviour as "vicious and reprehensible" and said he had coerced her into acting out his sick fantasies.
In addition to five years in prison, he was given and a lifelong teaching ban, told to undergo therapy, and ordered to pay the victim just under £10,000 compensation.
Earlier this year a British teacher was arrested in Spain for allegedly filming a female pupil and sharing the sick footage online.
