GUNMEN in burkas killed at least nine people and wounded 35 after sneaking into a government building dressed as women in Pakistan.
Five men dodged security by donning the head-to-toe Muslim women’s garb after arriving at the agricultural research centre in rickshaws.
The terrorists pulled automatic weapons from under the dark robes and opened fire on police and paramilitary troops.
Student fled in panic as a fierce firefight erupted in which they cut down dozens of victims before being shot dead by security forces at the building near Peshawar.
TV footage later showed bullet holes in walls, bloodstains and broken glass as troops recovered hand grenades and an explosive vest from the scene..
Police chief Salahuddin Mahsud said troops were searching and clearing the building after eliminating the attackers.

Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan - the country's main Taliban group battling to instal a hardline Islamist government - claimed responsibility for the attack.
Pervez Khattak, chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, said: "These terrorists have no religion.”
The assault comes a week after a suicide bomber killed a top police official in the city.
